On Saturday, Feb. 4, the Woodstock Jr. Navy Vets hosted the Kitchener Jr Rangers Red for their second match-up since the transition to full ice. With a dominating 5-1 victory over the visiting Rangers, Woodstock remains undefeated with a +13 GF/GA difference.
Nash’s first goal came just 36-seconds into his first shift, followed by an assist that resulted from a hard-fired shot from the hash marks. Then on a short-handed opportunity, Nash sent the puck to the back of the net just 5-seconds after stepping onto the ice. With Nash’s two goals and one assist vs the Rangers Red, he defends his divisional lead with 11 points in just five games.
